The NAM proving grounds is a test facility built in a desert on Nepleslia Prime.

It is next to a large, flat, salt lake, has several starship sized hangers, a control tower, and a small town set up with shopping, living areas, and ‘the testing range’ bar where the conference is going to start.

The meet and greet portion is just a way for everyone to talk to each other and get familiar first. It is a good time to talk to everyone and pitch ideas before we move onto proposing formal agreements.




Cars and marines will be waiting to drive out to starships that land on the salt flats so that visitors won't have to walk.

I would like a written invitation regarding the subject matter and delegation specifics. Since I just heard about this (and the PUTCo's invitation), I'd like the details spelled out for me so I don't walk in blind.

I am so confused... how many Empresses are there?! Wes' first post said she was the Empress, and his new one said she's not. What's going on?!

Yuumi is an Empress of Yamatai but she's not in power anymore since Himiko is Empress now. Yuumi's official title is now the Imperial Premier. Think of her as Yamatai's Prime Minister. To avoid confusion, we should refer to her as the Premier from now on.
