Watertight but not air-tight?

I added the last little bit to the nomenclature.

I can't find any 'second-person' language in it.

I wasn't aware Civilian vehicles needed a DR rating, especially since these aren't armored or anything. It would be safe to assume that something shooting this would damage it quite a bit.

Can we please get a ruling on this so in the future people will know the reason why Civvy vehicles require DR. I have my thoery, but it'd be better to hear from Wes.

After all, we need to avoid submission rot!

Added an SP value, though I still never got an answer as to why it needed one.
It has 5 SP.

Alright, just need this second-person language fixed:

The rear cargo box can easily carry 1 ton of stuff, and the size is only limited by what you can attach to the vehicle without making it too wide

The DR is needed because it is conceivable that a player could be using it for cover. Therefore they need to know how much damage it can take before its ruined or explodes.
