Since Star Army's creation in 2000, our shared fictional universe has been growing at an increasing rate; because of this, developed this wiki to keep track of everything. It is the Star Army community's encyclopedia, index, and concordance for our ever-growing shared universe and it is our guidebook for participating in and contributing to the roleplay. All members are encouraged to add to the wiki (such as your character biography pages, your user page, and adding to your character's occupation page), and all relevant information should be added here as events occur in the story. Content of this wiki should be “PG-13” and canonical. Explore and contribute!

Various game masters and role-players have contributed the guides below, which will help you easily fit into the Star Army community. Before you start, you should take a look at (at minimum) the “Grunt” section of the Guide to Military Role-playing and the “Getting Started” section of the New Players' Guide.
If you've been around Star Army long enough to gain some useful in-character knowledge, you should be putting that knowledge into this wiki for the benefit of future generations of roleplayers! Currently, all registered users have permission to create, edit, and improve articles in this wiki (you will need to log in to create or edit pages). Star Army is set in a small galaxy some time in the future, where two empires are growing further apart. Earth has become merely a legend, but humanity has survived in Nepleslia; Yamatai favors androids and considers humans obsolete. Peace is a rarity, carefully maintained in little havens while brutal politics threaten to split nations and desperate military forces fight war after war against alien invaders. Piracy is becoming increasingly common. Technology seems to have reached a bloody plateau.
From the lowest ranks of poor cyberpunks and mass-produced androids, a small group of unlikely heroes emerge, rising in skill, rank, and accomplishments. They gather their weapons, cautiously watching sensors for the next battle, gathered on the decks of starships, hoping to change the world, or at least make a few good friends along the way…
The following entries contain information about the setting (time and place) in which the role-play occurs. Use them to learn about various starships, planets, groups, and items in the Star Army Role-Play and keep this page handy while writing posts.
