Gunshin Kyoufuu is a player character played by Aendri and is currently involved in the YSS Miharu plot.

Build and Skin Color: Kyou is built slightly but solidly, having a slim body, but tight muscles everywhere. However, she has little definition, meaning she retains her feminine appearance quite nicely. She has simple, pale skin, with but one mark upon it, being her tattoo.
Facial Features and Eye Color: Kyou has a small, fey face, with delicate features. She has striking orange eyes, with a decidedly crystaline coloring.
Hair Color and Style: Kyou has mid-length blue hair, keeping it short, and usually tucked behind her ears; at least, inasmuch as the curls will let her.
Distinguishing Features: Almost everything about her sets her aside from the norm, aside from her build and skin tone, her eyes and hair are both uncommonly colored, and it is rare for a nekovalkyrja to have curly hair. However, another oddity is that her manufacturing tattoo is located just to the left of the center of the base of her neck, in plain sight so long as she keeps her hair about it's normal length. She had it moved there on a whim, thinking it looked better like that.
Personality: Kyou is a very calm, steady person, though she can get passionate if it is major enough. She tends to reason things out before doing them, and is quite stubborn once she's decided on something, but still likes everything to be kept as simple as possible. She likes being around people, even if there is little conversation, and is not averse to taking part in almost any activity which her friends are taking part in. She tends to take the lead in most of what she does however, reasoning that her thoughts and actions are usually better reasoned out. She has never been sexually active, but has no aversion to or dislike of either sex; simply not the time for much involvement either way.
Likes: Logic problems, spending time with others, drinking.
Dislikes: Hasty people, anything that requires hasty thought, overcomplications.
Goals: serve her time, and see where she wants to go from there.
SAoY
Kyou has little history to speak of; indeed, all but a few weeks of her life have been devoted directly to training and development. What little time she had to herself, she devoted to either spending time with her friends, or finding new tactical or logical problems to solve. She also spent a little more time then average working out, and training her body for muscle memory. Her one vice was her love of food and drink, or rather her love of inventing them. When she felt that no one was looking, she'd go down to the dining halls and come up with new recipes, testing out her logic on whether or not she could make something taste good based on her prior experiments and analysis's? of taste combinations. She left basic, and then in the week since then, has been in transit, finally being assigned to the Miharu.
Once arriving on board the Miharu, Kyou and the other two recruits were assigned their rooms, and given a basic tour of the ship. After a short time training with her new crew, they departed on a high-level mission. Upon arrival at their destination (Amaya's Gate), fighting ensued between the defending ships and the Miharu, shortly followed by fighting at multiple points on the gate itself, after Kyou and several other crew members boarded. After some light fighting (on Kyou's end of things), the friendly forces regrouped, having taken damage. After regrouping, they headed back out as one group instead, making their way through the station until they encountered a sizable number of misshumachina along with a Black Mindy, which forced them to retreat once more to the hangar. After some assistance from the Taisa in a Ryusei II bomber, they then proceeded through the hallways of the gate once more, having more success with the added armor presence of their reinforcements, as well as the psychic assistance from Kotori. They are currently engaged with Amaya herself, as well as Meni and Mani in their Black Mindys. They are taking heavy damage and casualties.
Kyou is familiar with basic radio operation and procedures and can make transmissions to and receive transmissions from other characters through headsets, starships, power armor, and shuttles in both combat and non-combat conditions. Kyou is overly fluent in Nepleslian and Yamataian, enjoying using vocabulary to define problems more accurately. She can speak and write both correctly and efficiently and can write reports, fill forms, issue orders under fire, among other things. She is also versed in the usage of telepathic communication, thanks to her nature.
Kyou received hand-to-hand combat training, followed up with a rigorous training program. She is skilled and experienced in combat both in Yamatai-like conditions and in zero-gravity, with and without weapons. Weapons she is trained in include energy pistols, energy rifles, knives, grenades, and power armor. Though most of her new skill is not honed or practiced, she has been fighting for her life (and the continued existence of the Empire) since she arrived on Amaya's Gate. This has given her some hard earned real combat experience, and practice in putting it to use.
Kyou is capable of operating any computer system that uses the Kessaku OS, found on all Star Army starships. She is proficient in entering and/or searching for information. She is also studied in how to create 3D puzzles and logic problems using computers.
Kyou received basic mathematics training, including algebra and trigonometry, and no more. She never quite enjoyed math, despite it's very logical processes.
Kyou also studied biology, though more specifically the aspects pertaining to DNA and evolution. She enjoys studying DNA, as the linking of a particular gene to a trait is a very logic based study, especially when combined with computer simulations.
Kyou is a very good bartender, having discovered on that her natural logical abilities allowed her to naturally guess new and improved drinks, as well as good pairings to go with whatever strange drink she comes up with. She studied pairing, both for best taste, and in order to better combine drinks and food.
Because of her delight in making drinks, she became adept at cooking various foods, ranging from the exotic to the ordinary, anything which went with a drink that she could make, or that she could come up with a drink to go with, either way. The same way that she is good at making drinks, she is also good at coming up with new ways of spicing and otherwise flavoring things to make them taste different and/or better.
Gunshin Kyoufuu is currently a Santo Hei in the SAoY. She receives a weekly salary of 50 KS per week.
