Rodrigo Starblaster is a tall (7'8”) pure ID-SOL serving in the Nepleslian Star Navy. He has brown eyes, crew-cut brown hair and a thin circle beard. He has a light, Caucasian skin tone. Starblaster is also ambidextrous.

Commander Starblaster is a dedicated soldier, aggressive and utterly ruthless in combat. He is not known for giving anything less than 120% of effort and enthusiasm, regardless of the activity or task. As a result, he is very highly regarded by many in the NSN. It also helps that he is extremely friendly, despite his towering size.

Like any red-blooded Nepleslian, Starblaster loves women, hard drinks and fighting. In that order. He has no hesitation turning his charms onto any woman interested. The only exception is with female officers under his command.

Despite his obvious physical strengths, Starblaster has a good head on his shoulders which has propelled him into command of a Hray in the service of the 4th AASP Fleet.

Starblaster was born in YE 31 at the outset of the Second Mishhuvurthyar War as part of a general mobilization of Nepleslia's armed forces. He initially served in the ranks of the 1st AF under Grand Admiral Flint Vanderhuge. His intelligence and quick wits ensured a quick rise through the ranks. Starblaster is like many ID-SOLs in his love of all things manly and wholeheartedly embraces the Nepleslian virtues of aggression and overflowing testosterone.

For most of YE 33, he was in a training program for new starship captains. With the expansion of 4th Fleet, Starblaster volunteered as a captain and was assigned to the 3rd Scout Squadron, in command of the NSS Venus, a NAM-S1-01a Hray Class Stealth Gunship. Despite his new command, Starblaster could not set sail for new horizons to blow up new places and kill interesting people. He had a ship but so far, crew members were difficult to come by. Most qualified crewmen were being sent to the cruisers, not the scouts.

As a tank-bred ID-SOL, he has no family but he is more than happy to start one with a willing lady. So far, however, most have only wanted to get in bed and keep the relationship there. An arrangement he's perfectly happy with as well.
