Operative Gian
Rank: Operative
Gian was the person sent to handle first contact negotiations with the Nepleslians. Since then she has been assigned as the go-to-Gart for the 4th fleet.
Not a whole lot is known about Fhion. The 4th fleet knows she has some rank in the NMX, and is somehow tied to the bioweapons program targeting Nepleslia. She uses an NH body of undetermined type, that typically has been upgraded with phasing gear.
All of the ID-Sol clones the NMX use look exactly alike, and are always more than willing to blow themselves up rather than fail in an operation or be captured. Even so, one was captured and is currently awaiting interrogation.
The commanding officer at Ether, and his assistant Gahze. The 4th Fleet did have contact with them directly, though they did briefly encounter his fleet when assisting in a Gartagen attack on Ether.
They were later encountered in Operation Roundhouse.
