The Fifth Expeditionary Fleet of the Star Army of Yamatai was created in YE 28 as a colonization and exploration force. They were responsible for the colonization of many Territories of the Yamatai Star Empire.
In YE 30, following the treasonous actions that lead to the creation of the United Outer Colonies the fleet was disbanded, and its assets were reallocated to other fleets and/or mothballed.
