Nitô Heisho

The first non commissioned officer rank in the Star Army of Yamatai, placing it after Jôtô Hei and before Ittô Heisho. As an NCO, a Nitô Heisho is expected to provide leadership and discipline to the lower enlisted soldiers. In casual or combat situations is acceptable to just say “Heisho” rather than the full rank title.

To be promoted to this rank, a character must:

• Consistently demonstrate leadership
• Be placed in a position where there they have enlisted troops under their command.
