Sometimes using a pistol's tactical light isn't appropriate. The Type 30 Flashlight is a rugged, high-powered LED flashlight made for use by members of the Star Army of Yamatai. It is waterproof and lasts for up to 36 hours of constant use. It produces 500 lumens of constant power for an effective range of about 300 feet (91 meters). The flashlight automatically recharges itself when it is moved around (shaken, carried on a moving person, etc) or by the bio-electric field of a Nekovalkyrja. The flashlight is built of titanium alloy and coated with carbon nanofibers. It makes an excellent impromptu club. It is about 35 centimeters (13.8 inches) long and is activated by a button near the lens (visible in the illustration).
