YSS Yui, the first Yui-class Scout was the first plot ship to be run in the Star Army Role-Play. It was commanded by Ketsurui Yui, and later by Ketsurui Chiharu.

In YE 29, during a routine inspection of the SRSS Yggdrasill's cargo after passing through SMX controlled space, an odd phenomenon was discovered in the shuttle bay of the Yui. It is uncertain what exactly it was but there have been no further reports of anything similar occurring. Currently, the ship is crewed by a small group of Nekos as it patrols Yamataian storage facilities.
