Murasaki Orbital Shipyards is the starship and space installation development, manufacturing and repair division of the Murasaki Keiretsu.
Murasaki Orbital Shipyards (MS) is a commercial starship and space installation development, manufacturing and repair company based within the Yamataian territories. The company headquarters and primary facilities can be found upon White Harbor Station in the Anisa System. Murasaki Orbital Shipyards is a company owned by its namesake, the Murasaki Clan.
The Senmu (Executive Director) of the company is Segawa Seibei.
Whilst the Murasaki Keiretsu has long held possession of a large number of orbital fabrication facilities within White Harbor Station, it was not until YE 34 that the corporation created a dedicated branch for the development and manufacture of new ship designs that saw full use of these resources – previously the stations fabrication and manufacturing facilities were used solely for the maintainence of space-bound Murasaki assets.
