Currently, all registered users have permission to create, edit, and improve articles in this wiki (you will need to log in to create or edit pages). The wiki login system is separate from the forum one.

All changes are are monitored. If you've been around Star Army long enough to gain some useful in-character knowledge, you should be putting that knowledge into this wiki for the benefit of future generations of roleplayers!

The easiest way is to edit in a link to the page you want to create (ie: add a link to your new species to the species list page) and then save the page and click the link you made. That'll go to a “This page doesn't exist yet” page for your link you just made. Click “Edit this page” and create it. Make sure to add an H1 title for your page - it'll determine how the link appears on pages that link to it.

• If you see a mistake in an entry, correct it.
• If something needs to be added, add it.
• Eliminate red links by creating articles, even if they're small and basic.
• Only canon information (approved submissions and roleplayed events) should be added (excluding stuff linked from the list of unapproved concepts).
• Do not put any copyrighted stuff that you don't own into the wiki.
• Mark unapproved pages as unapproved.
• All entries should be titled (with the title in H1).
• Never start a page with a bulleted list. Use a complete sentence.
• Keep alphabetical lists in order!
• Be specific (Star Army of Yamatai instead of just Star Army).
• Add links to other articles when possible. almost every proper noun can be a link.
• Create articles inside the appropriate name space (folder) instead of the root folder.

If you see something that needs attention, you can edit it onto this list.

• List of Star Systems is outdated!
• Starships using copy-paste systems or interior descriptions should use links to central ones instead. See: List of Starship Armors, List of Starship Systems, KFY Standard Ship Compartments.
