I was looking for something in my email and I came across an email I sent you in 2011 where I was giving you an unlock code for something in Star Trek Online. We used to get in the game together and fly our ships around. That was a fun time. All the good memories and the sadness of losing you came flooding back and I cried.

Been a challenging couple of weeks. But things are settling down.

Well, after taking a 3 day trip to the mountains which the wife and I severely needed.

I have been busy with the room mate. Had to take him to a number of appointments this week and next. I have to learn how to use his Insulin pump and the sensors. Wednesday I have to take him to the Old VA so he can get a COVID test before the surgery. Then next Friday he will be having surgery to help fix his left eye.

Well, life has gotten a bit more interesting.

We finally got James home from Wake Med, but they would not approve him to use his insulin pump. So I am having to monitor and control his dosages. So far I've only had to stick him with a syringe once. But I suspect that I'll be doing it more. At least I have control over what he eats, and how much Insulin he should get.

Finally settled into the new domicile. Still searching for a job, but going to get back to SARP. Missed it.

Trying to survive this day. Everyone is coming out of the wood work with stuff they need today. ARggh..
