If a wiki article is approved as canon, please ensure it has a link to the approval thread in the OOC section at the bottom of the article so that it can easily be verified if there's a dispute whether or not the article has been publicly approved by the community and staff. The easiest way to find the approval thread this is to open a tab with the forum in it, and search the APPROVED forum for the article's name.
If a wiki article contains red links to an item that was previously approved but was REMOVED from the wiki (e.g. Vekimen, Thraxarians, and other exfoliated species) you can remove it or leave replace it with a generic alien species (be vague), for example "They assisted an alien race with defending the icy planet Ether."
Also, if someone edits an article by alphabetizing things, adding prices, fixing typos metric measurements, and updates from the RP, that's not vandalism. Wiki vandalism is malicious and destructive defacing of an article. Anyone is allowed to edit any article they have permission to edit, as long as those edits improve the quality of the article and do not change the general concept. For conceptual changes and damage rating changes, post in the approval thread so it can be discussed first. Also, if you know there's a faction manager or expert on a certain article it's best practice to try to communicate with them first before you edit that article. The best place for this communication is on the forum.
