Yes, like everything I dropped for my exams, this is something else I'm picking up again- it's been a week since and I'm still trying to recollect everything, sorry :)
 
Removed any and all mention of a mayor, municpal leader, or even how the city functions in terms of governing. Updated as desired ^^
