We wish to enter into an Affiliation with your manufacturing group in order to produce some of our equipment beyond Nepleslia's borders and reach a broader market with what we sell. Of course, being the owner of a private military company and dangerous as all get-out, many manufacturing companies were unwilling to sponsor our wares, given how volatile the political landscape has been.

Joke's on them, the company's revenue has been in positive territory - they must hate money or something, not that I need a lot of it! For our deal, I'd like to put forward the following two items, and we'll divide as follows:
  • 33.34% of income generated from sales goes to UMC

With things how they are now, we can only effectively distribute the two items effectively in Nepleslian space, and on the very fringes of Yamataian space, where there is little market for either item.

Next, I'd like to disclose that the Phoenix Service Group is in partnership with Origin Industries for research and development assistance. They do not handle any manufacturing, providing relevant research personnel. In addition, they distribute Phoenix-brand merchandise to Yamataian areas.

Finally, I'd like to inform you that we're a -bit- rocky with the Lazarus Consortium. The details aren't for you to know, but we'd rather not work with them or their materials if they join the Cooperative.

Anyway I don't write many formal letters like this, hope this isn't too shoddy sounding. I'm not about how me or my organisation sounds because anybody can sound good - its all about what we do, and we do great.
