To go along with the rest of my work-in-progress stuff for an eventual Elysian plotship, here is "Euthalia", a system that was already scouted out by the Elysian's before the beginning of the Second Mishhurvythar War. Just fleshed it out to have much more detail, and added in specific data on the pair of habitable planets in the system, one of which has been undergoing basic preparation and minimal terraforming to optimize it for Elysian habitation.
