Hi. I'm new here. A friend of mine recommended this place as a source of decent roleplay material, if you get my drift. So, I'm going to browse around a bit, and maybe join one of these ongoing RPGs. That is, if one of you friendly denizens would be so kind as to tell me which of them are open to new players. Thanks.
 
Hello, welcome to Star Army. we are crazy, so don't mind the insanity. We also manage to be mostly literate and have wars and such, In character and out.

First off, This place is basically one huge RP set within the same universe, with many plots exploring and interacting with various parts. Most of the plots are more or less open, but you should probably get in touch with their various GM's. Lacking the time to search up links, there are several places other, more helpful people will direct you to. I reccommend looking into Yamatai, Nepleslia, and the UOC (not necesarily in that order)

What is essential is to read through the new player's guide from the 'useful links' menu at the top of the page.

Active Plots.

Hi, I'm MissingNo (aka M# or other variations of the name). I'm a local loud lurker and the GM of the Horizon's Key plot. The link given at the top of this post is probably your best bet to finding out what plots there are, as well as a handy list of who's in charge of which ones, including contact method and information (given in the links to each person's player page). The Key is open to new players joining and, though it is a bit on the slow-paced side of things, it has a promising future in where the next mission is taking the crew. I'm also involved in the Cirrus Research Station plot, which looks to be heading into some fast-paced fun here soon : )

Welcome to the site! I know it's a lot to take in at first but I suggest to take your time and read through the different plots to figure out which has the story that appeals to you the most to be a part of. =) Every little bit of site info is on our wiki, but we're always willing to answer whatever questions might come up.
