What do you call yourself?
Squall

How'd you find Star Army?
RPG-Directory

What interested you in joining?
I've wanted to get into writing more sci-fi, and this seemed like a nice place.

Ever done this text-based roleplaying thing before?
Have written for several years, actually. Nowadays, I've cut back on a lot of it, but I'm still very much active.

Any previous experiences you want to share?
None, though I have been on other sci-fi sites.

Now for the questionnaire!

Do you prefer:
  • Playing male, female, or other-gendered characters?
Any which way is good, so long as I feel it fits the character I have in mind.
  • Spontaneous or planned RP?
I can understand RPs that get spontaneous due to a spark of a good idea, though I'm more used to some things getting planned out beforehand.
  • Military or civilian characters?
I haven't done military-style RP before, but I'm open to learn!
  • Humans, androids, anthros, or aliens?
I've played humans and androids before on other sites, and I'm open to trying out new species for writing.
  • Being on a starship or being on a planet?
I don't mind either, as long as I'm getting to contribute to the plot in some way. :)
  • Roleplay via forum posts or in real-time?
I'm more used to forum-based posting. Haven't done real-time before, but I'm open to try.
On a scale of 1 to 3, what's your preferred level of these in your RP:
  • Language: 3
  • Violence: 3
  • Sexuality: 3
What's something cool you'd love to RP?
I did have initial interest in playing a fighter pilot, something on the espionage side, or possibly a medic. Thankfully, there are open spots for all three. I hope to do a lot and more on this site, and I hope I get to know everyone here more. :) Happy to RP whatever comes to me.
