In more honesty:

If you are in fact bored, with free time etc. I could recommend nothing more than the creation of an Elysian character and joining the barracks thread. Currently things seem to be going quite well and we have 3 GM's involved. Yes three? Exciting isn't it?

or....maybe if he's a rouge/rebel I'd play as Elysian... but he'd have to loose the wings and be one seriously nasty rouge/rebel...
