Hello, names (Cute)Alex, I am a gamer, favorite genre is RPG. I spend most of my free time between guitar, games, and designing character sheets and such. I've made a group of characters (5 of them) who are universal, basically meaning that for every game I play I change the character a little to match the world the game takes place in. I play on 360, One, and PC. Finally, I am taking classes in programming. Hope to have a fun time here, and to meet some friendly people.

Welcome to the site Alex! Names Kyle, if oyu have any questions or need assistance with anything don't hesitate to post here or get ahold of me via PM :)

Thanks :) I am currently trying to get a character created for this game. Taking longer than usually on account of me being half asleep. :)

Welcome to SARP CuteAlex. Sleep deprivation can impede creating a character, fortunately there are people around on SARP pretty much 24x7 who can help you. Either here in the forums or in our IRC. So if you need any assistance, just ask.

AHA! Another techie such as myself. Welcome to the club and looking forward to seeing you in the chatlines. The wiki seems a bit like a spiders web or a black hole. Don't worry. The beginners guide to military roleplay and the introductory guide should help immensely.

Ja Ne!

Hey, a gamer like myself, all the consoles I play as well, that is awesome, well welcome to the family of Star Army miss Alex of the cute variety.

I am a little confused by some sections of the character creation, if anyone would be able to help I would appreciate it.

What part is confusing you?

Mainly the background and the specifics of what each field means. (for example the Distinguishing Features) For other games I usually spend about 7 hrs looking through the game's wiki about the race and class I want to choose, but I have been busy all weekend.

Well, distinguishing features are things like scars, tattoos, moles, birthmarks, a chipped tooth, or other things (usually physical) that are distinctive to your character's appearance or nature. It could also be the way they stand or anything else you want to put there. It's an optional field, so if they have no notable distinguishing features, you could put that there.

Also, you should really pop into the IRC room if you haven't done so already. We can usually pretty much guarantee SOMEONE who can help you will be around in there, and even if there isn't, they can usually point you in the right direction at the very least.

Hi! Sorry about inactivity, my computer broke and I had to order a new one. :( Also this means that I have lost all progress I had on making a character. This being the first time I have had access to a computer since forever. Hope I can be more active once again! :D

Sorry to hear your character was lost. It's okay to save stuff on the wiki before it's finished. Also if you had it on the wiki, check it see if it autosaved. Glad to hear you got a shiny new computer, though!
