[Iromakuanhe] MASC Drive

- STL speeds seem quite high. Their first engine and they're already half way up the maximum speed bracket.
- FTL speeds are phenomenally slow by SARP standards, even compared to CDDs, but Ex said this was a plot device.
- Seems immune to low-level FTL disruption, but the same could be said of every CDD on the market.

It also doesn't really seem to have any of the protective qualities of the other space-warping technologies... and while it may have some resistance to inderdiction, if you spread a field of heavy particles in front of it (debris?), it overheats, so it's not exactly hard to stop, either...

Large debris, such as derelicts and sizeable chunks of anything may be a problem, but it can function in adequately in environments such as nebulae and dust clouds.

To be clear, I was trying to say that you can't compress an asteroid, or the ground beneath you with the system.

It is very rare a Drive system comes along that I feel is worthy to add to the setting because, as you all know, we refrain from adding a lot of new ones due to the ones we have a good.

I think however this drive is ideal for this nation, which is just starting out.

I think this should be approved, but I would like Wes to put his two cents in before I make it official.

Bravo Ex...Bravo...
