Approved Adoption Katsuragi Suzaku

Requesting permission to adopt an old technician face from the YSS Senbu, in order to make him the base of a newer cover identity for @Kim 's SAINT Plot, the ISC Lindorm. He was formerly one of @Tyler 's characters, and I don't believe he's been active here for at least 5 years.
