Subject: Invitation to meeting
To Our Dear Friends;
At this time, I feel that we should meet and discuss measures which should be taken to promote the well-being of our friends to the North (The Freestate). According to a treaty which was signed by us, The Matriarchy, we are friends to the Freestate, and we feel that it is our place and duty to render aid. Due to the nature of our friendship, it is only sensible to include representatives of the United Outer Colonies in this meeting to promote the betterment of peace and prosperity throughout the region.
Along with the want to render aid, my people have expressed a desire to seek out a new venue of where to peddle our industrial and agricultural wares. We feel that it would be a great prospect to invite our friends of the Freestate to consider the possibility of promoting the establishment of a trade-route between our respective home regions. Due to the sensitive nature of trade, we must also discuss how to promote the safety of our exchange of goods as well.
For this gathering, I propose we meet at the United Manufacturing Cooperative facility on Hici'emi II. We will conduct the meeting in one of the cooperative's clean rooms to provide comfortable accommodations for the Freestate representative.
Along with representatives of the UOC and Freestate, we would also like to invite industrial representatives from the affiliate organizations of the United Manufacturing Cooperative, and we would also like to extend a hand to the Nepleslian Democratic Imperium to join our meeting as well if the Imperium desires.
