I hope that this communique finds you well.

With the recent withdrawal of your Nation from the DATASS treaty. The following items in our treaty are restored.

Section III, Items 2 and 3

We are also modifying Section I, Item 1-II-a

Effective this communications SAOY vessels may enter our space without requesting permission. Further more since the formation of our Treaty we have a number of planets now settled. SAOY vessels are welcome to land at any of our colonies Sky Harbor and engage in shore leave. SAOY personnel will be expedited through the customs procedure to just checking for contraband.

Please reply at your convenience if your find this acceptable.
