Team 1

Team 1 eventually got dumped out into a large holding tank, where the coolant was being pumped out into radiators and also being pumped into scalar heat exchangers. Like the sewage tank, there was a catwalk above the pool of liquid with a ladder running up it. Along the catwalk was a series of windows looking out into space.

Team 3

"Teams 1 and 2, this is Team 3 and what's left of 4. There aren't many of us left. We're fighting our way back to our shuttles. Almost there. We have the package!"

Team Two - NMX Escort - Bridge

Helen Klein said:
Team Three, this is Team Two. We are alive and are assuming control of a NMX vessel. Please establish AIES contact to remaining Team Two power armor units, so we can determine if we can be of assistance.

As Helen transmitted, she picked up the vicious looking NMX which she had left, and carried it on her shoulder to the bridge so she could keep an eye on it.

Team 2

"Getting right on it." Tomomi said after withdrawing her ignored gesture. Tomomi took stock of which types of panels were working as well as which ones she would need to replicate. No need to completely redoing it. "Juni, which console do you want the new UI at? Since some are still working, no need in making a joint ui incorporating their functions." Tomomi spoke.

Team 1 - Holding Tank

Sune landed with a splash in the tank, and then brought himself up to the surface. Seeing the catwalk above he flew up out of the water and landed on the catwalk.

Looking around he saw the windows. "Well, at least we can see out and we know we are near the exterior. Everyone get up here and position yourselves. We need to see what is nearby this facility that we can exploit, and lets make sure that if there are any cameras in here they are quickly neutralized." He sent to the team.

Team One to Team Two
Have arrived at a coolant tank. We have view ports to exploit as a way out and to find out where we are. I suspect that we are in a cooling facility.

Team 2

Akemi managed to get some of the basic sensors online.

Reika's drones spotted some uncertain-looking NMX Nekovalkyrja hanging around in the corridor with a Ripper squad.

Ramiro was able to find a working control panel and access some systems controls. The readouts said the ship was in a low-power state. He could access power and propulsion from here.

Team 2 next to the torp

As soon as the torpedo was disarmed Misato looked up and saw Ramiro standing there nude, she stood stock still in shock. it wasn't till she heard Helen ordering her that she recovered and when back to work on the torpedo.

She quickly started disassembling the torpedo, she had a few nasty ideas on how to boost the explosion. She got the guidance system disengaged and rapped the warhead and the main propulsion in det-cord. Her plan was this baby would frak up a good deal of area. Smiling to herself she started humming as she worked.

Team Two - NMX Escort - Bridge

Akemi announced her progress to the others and fed Helen and Reika whatever information she could gather from the sensors that might be useful or of interest to them such as what Reika had requested. She continued to focus on completing her chosen objectives.

Team Two - NMX Escort - Bridge

With an audible 'thud' Helen dropped the new type of NMX body upon the deck, as she stepped over to Misato. "Good thinking, but I'm looking to reduce the mass, not add to it. I want to be able to use two teleport modules to move the functional warhead to an intended target. If you can manage to tweak it while fitting within those parameters, carry on. If not, adjust your approach. Inform me when you're done." Helen spoke, before she strode to Akemi.

"I'm getting that sensor feed, good work Akemi." Helen spoke, before she began to work on getting a look around with the sensors. What she was looking for, were targets of opportunity, or immediate threats, she also worked on trying to pinpoint threats to the three teams.

Team 1

Takeyu felt his head slightly spinning from the water-wide, he'd never been on one, so this had been the first time and already he didn't like them. "Aughs..." he moaned after he landed in the tank and was on his back for a few moments before picking himself up.

Shaking the cobwebs from his mind, he listened to the new orders and flew up onto the catwalk, landing gracefully as he unshouldered his rifle and scanned the room carefully.

Team 1
Waking up from yet another fainting spell, Konoka blinked, in a daze, at the windows.
"Susssho'a," she smiled weakly, "ib 'ookd 'ike 'er a'mo 'one 'ere."
She would honestly be glad when it was over and someone could drag her back to the Eucharis medbay.
She was glad she'd treated all those wounded BEFORE she got her head busted, or she would've had a LOT of work to do once she'd healed.
Now all she was reallly capable of doing was passing out again....It was good, she thought, that she hadn't gotten hurt before they'd reached the core, since she was pretty useless now. She was too numb to be unhappy about that fact.
But I ....helped lots of people... before this happened, she thought. That was.... good. This wound up.... being... a pretty successful mission, after all. I didn't actually....die this time.
With that thought, Konoka went numb to it all.
OOC: She said, "Sune-Shosa...It looks like we're almost out of here."

Team 2 Torp Tuning

Misato looked up from her work when Helen came over to look at her process.

"Good thinking, but I'm looking to reduce the mass, not add to it. I want to be able to use two teleport modules to move the functional warhead to an intended target. If you can manage to tweak it while fitting within those parameters, carry on. If not, adjust your approach. Inform me when you're done."

"Oh I see your plan, OK Ma'am I'll fix it up." she Quickly started removing the det-cord. She was about to start removing the casing and other useless parts when she realized that this was horribly stupid.

This was left for use to blow up, but the deactivation code was somewhere we could find it, Shit.

She started to carefully started examining everything closely for any type triggers and what nots that were there to kill them. As she cleared an piece she removed it and moved on to the next.

As soon as she cleared the whole torpedo she started to go to work on the warhead and the reactor, setting the reactor to overload and set the warhead off. it wasn't all that hard now that it was all separate and caseless. Before turning to her team leader to report that it was ready she made a little bow out of the det-cord like what was on her present from Yule. "Ma'am the device is ready, Uhh I believe it should be with in the weight limits."

YSS Eucharis

"We just lost the flagships!" Blueberry called out. "The enemy station seems to be having power issues. Their main weapons are not recharging and their shields are starting to collapse. Shosho, I am requesting fighter wings to clear the AA turrets from the station to ensure our shuttles can return. I am also re-establishing communications with the away teams..."

TO: All 2nd Squadron Away Teams
FROM: YSS EUCHARIS

Team 1, please send coordinates to Eucharis and Team 3 so you can be extracted.

Team 2, we request you depart the station immediately. We have informed the fleet that you are friendly.

Teams 3 and 4: Proceed to shuttle and await fighter escort, then extract Team 1 using hull-cutting airlock.

Team 1 - Containment

Sune was surprised to hear a request from the Eucharis, let alone the offer of extraction.

Team One to Eucharis and Team Three. Sending coordinates via AIES. We are in a containment chamber. Windows mark the level we are on. Awaiting pickup.

"Okay, good news folks. Looks like the situation outside has improved. We have pickup enroute. So everyone get up here, help anyone that is injured." He called to his team.

Team One

I feel like I'm in a friggin cartoon.. Bors thought as he bounced off the sides of the pipe. He couldn't help but think that he was leaving indentations in the sides of the tube as they twisted and turned to some unknown destination like in some cartoon he used to watch when he was little. Suddenly Bors was ejected from the pipe and landed with a splash in the coolant holding tank. After a few moments and hearing Sune's Order he joined the others on the catwalk.

After hearing Sune's comment about pick up Bors chuckled while saying "About Bloody time, though you have to tell them that the water park wasn't as fun as expected."

Team Two - NMX Escort - Bridge

Helen weighed her options as her delicious gift was presented, and the voice of Blueberry rang through her head. Things fit together, to the point where Helen had a clear plan of action in mind; "Misato, I want you to carry that out the back of the ship, and dump it out into the station, we're leaving, and I decided not to waste the teleport modules on the matter." With that, Helen then shifted her attention to her trio of technical experts. "We're leaving as soon as Misato dumps our care package. Bring the engines online, put shields and weapons on standby, confirm that enemy personnel are confined or cooperative, also ensure that enemy assets such as Rippers and Battlepods are under our control. Every second we burn is a possible life lost." Helen spoke, as she opened a communication line to Reika; "Reika, any problems elsewhere on the ship?"

Team 2 through the ship

Nodding and smiling to Helen, Misato carefully picked the remaining useful bits of the torpedo up and moved quickly out of the bridge. As she left she ordered her neko escorts to cover her all the way to the rear -most external hatch. She was pleased with herself at the fact that she had done something useful on this op, unlike last time. At least I haven't gotten us all blown up screwing with this gift, maybe I might get promoted into the ships chief explosive operator. Smiling she push forward.

As she arrived at the airlock she set the warhead, checking over everything one last time just to make sure she didn't cock it up. Misato was impressed that it held so far, so she opened the airlock and kicked the gift out. She quickly closed the door and raced back to the bridge, reporting to Helen as she went.

Code:
Ma'am the gift has been delivered. I Feel very generous all of a sudden

NMX Escort

"YES!" Ramiro yelled out, fingers still flying away at the kayboard in front of him. He immediately began powering up as many of the functions on the ship as he could, primarily the engines and propulsion systems. Once those were online he began prepping the ship for takeoff.

"Ma'am, I have gained positive access into the propulsion systems. We have control of the ship. I repeat, we have control of the ship. Engines and propulsion systems are prepping now."

NMX Escort - Corridor

When Reika's drones caught sight of a group of NMX aligned nekovalkyrja and a squad of Ripper's, the neko immediately instructed her drones to ascend up towards the ceiling and then cease all further movement -- hoping that that would keep the small scouting devices safely out of enemy eyesight.

The operative then slowly progressed the short remaining distance between herself and the enemy, carefully treading so as not to cause any noise that would give away her position as she came closer. Whilst she was under stealth -- her armor had been damaged and she knew the optical camo her armor employed was probably no longer fully functional. Kneeling down at a corner of a corridor which fed into the one in which the enemy now stood, the neko oberved the group Rippers from the viewpoint of one of her idling drones -- confirming their numbers, listening for any pertient information as to their intentions that she might overhear and observing what she could of their current behaviour and goals. Whilst she was analysing the group, Akemi began to transmit the sensor information she had acquired upon the bridge to the operatives Daisy.

In my current state, successfully taking out a numerically superior... not to mention better armed force, is improbable to say the least. I'd be lucky to take out one before the others reduced me to mince meat. Reika thought to herself as she considered her next move. Her pondering was then interrupted by a comminication from Helen.

Helen Klein said:
"Reika, any problems elsewhere on the ship?"

In response to the Shosa's query, the operative replied. "I've found a group of enemy non-combatants and a squad of Rippers at my present position, transmitting co-ordinates --" The neko transmitted her location back along the comms channel. "-- They don't appear to be headed anywhere specific as yet and I'm trying to discern what they're up to. I'm afraid I'm a little too outgunned at the moment to try and take them on all by myself."

Team Two - NMX Escort - Bridge

"Ramiro, get us moving, take it steady, and once we are a kilometer away from the station, bring us to full sublight speeds." Helen ordered, as she crossed her arms beneath her hologram concealed bust. Her attention then went to another matter.

Helen Klein said:
"Klein to Reika, fall back, return to the bridge."

"Data incoming from Reika, we've got enemy Rippers and NMX personnel at the location indicated by her, I want blast shutters closed in that area. Box them in for now until we can properly dispose of them." Helen ordered her trio of technical wizards, as she then put her attention to a far more pleasurable matter.

Helen Klein said:
"Klein to Misato, I want that package to detonate as soon as we are one-hundred kilometers out, I want to watch our fireworks from a safe distance."

After putting out her recent slew of orders, Helen opened up one more communication line.

Helen Klein said:
Team Two to Eucharis

Klein reporting, we have successfully accessed the NMX Escort's propulsion and will be underway as ordered. May require additional hands to be transferred to this ship once out of the engagement zone, also have rounded up a number of POWs which require pick-up.

Team 2 - NMX Escort Ship Bridge

Not getting a response from Ramiro, Tomomi set about programming the UI to display the data being fed to the non-operational consoles to related operational ones. Given the short amount of time she had to work with, she was able to only overlay small rudimentary windows in corners not containing information. The windows could be expanded if need be. Tomomi put a huge stylized T in the transparent background as a trademark she thought of on the fly.

"If anyone has trouble with the new mini Windows, please let me know. I am troubleshooting the bugs and glitches as I am finding them. Tomomi said as she coded away.
