Nepleslian Navy Project-39 Naval Overhaul

DEFCON Everybody Dies
Somewhat of a discussion slash progress thread which will be open for suggestions, effectively as some of you may know sometime in the next month or two a faction I've been gnawing on and equipping will be marching on Nepleslia. Considering the shape of their military inventory I figured I'd throw some new designs and updates the Nepleslian's way to keep things even and interesting capability wise along with adding some new tools to what is a dated and iffy ship stock.

As far as function and design I plan to pursue the same balance with a slant toward gun systems vs. the Pact (my faction)'s habit of rolling with guided missiles. But overall the primary target is five new ship classes listed below intended to cover the major types aka battleship, cruiser, destroyer, frigate, corvette (and possibly a fleet carrier).

Size - 360 Meters Long

Remember how Frost was sorta the tech remake guy before he vanished? I'm kinda in that slot atm.
 
As someone who's a bit invested in Nepleslia (albeit my main interest has been uniforms and ground stuff), I'm inclined to ask if these are meant to replace various ships still in service. I'd actually really enjoy if you could produce us some dropships/raid frigates, since the 309th and other Marine elements need more atmospheric capabilities. As is, the platoon for the 309th had to be deployed via detaching a Hray Cargo Module... so it forced a Hray to fly down. You might see why we need some craft better suited to getting the Marines who aren't fighting in space/aboard ships to the fight. Maybe a ship similar to the Astartes strike ships (drop pods on its belly, firing down troops and vehicles while bearing guns to defend itself while performing strike operations).

This looks like a well constructed list that Nepleslia definitely needed. I've noticed that a lot of these ships are new, could I ask for the reason for that? Is it because Nepleslian ships have fallen behind in regards to those of other factions, or were there roles within the fleet that weren't really covered and this means to fix that?

And one last question, would this list replace this one? Because I would love to see that or at least a merger with a section clearly defining which ships were discontinued or not. I know I had a lot of trouble finding a ship to captain when HamNJam was putting his fleet plot together, and in hindsight, this list would've helped tremendously.

I noticed some of the renders of the Arieg-made ships have a flag that's not the Nepleslian flag.

Ideally any new Nepleslian ships would have the Navy logo on them:

Logos great for the hats and the uniforms but not even the US Navy paints theirs on their ships its usually a flag.

And yea this list is intended to replace that one and anything not on it found elsewhere should be considered decommissioned.

Was going to include it in the article for the ship but its basically inspired by UOC boats (specifically the Ayana).

The Star Army would actually be interested in that design if your manufacturer wants to market it to us. (Basically it looks great and I'd totally use that design).
 
That's actually a cool idea. Falls in line with previous equipment available to both factions (trucks, tanks, technically the Ookami Light Cruiser).
 
Well, if it's a Jiyuuian ship, both Yamatai and Nepleslia have a notable amount of Jiyuuians in their military forces. You could just do a palette swap for each faction.
