They are, yes. The first post of their arrival was in the same room as Kokuten's part of Squad 35. They are just on the opposite end of the room handling their own problem.
 
ALSO, Missing

I totally forgot to add a part to my post for Tweak, so I edited it in for ya and I'll post it here as well for conveniences sake.

From Tweak's perspective, there were indeed three trays of miniature missile warheads, one stacked on top of the other. Relaying the information on a single warhead from each rack was doable, but would take time, especially so if she relayed the information from each tray. There were many options, and it started with either Tray 1, 2, or 3.

Skimming through I just see that the mouth is a beak from the outside, has lots of teeth, is large, the roof is surprisingly tender and it contains a large, long, black, slimy tongue with a bulb on the end.
 
The beak is more like a shape, not an actual beak. Think similar to a chameleon's mouth, with that area at the base holding the quahhgs long tongue. Add in a couple rows of shark teeth, mix in bowl, bake on high heat, wham!

Instant arm-eater.
 
Tweak's on the third floor (the post before mine mentioned a restaurant up there), party is on the second floor. And I don't actually know why she's at the party, despite what my post would lead you to believe : )
