Instituted Participation Rules

• - Please try to post two-three times a week.
  - I will post every two days to keep the plot from stalling.
  - Inactivity for two weeks means your character will become an NPC.
  - Inactivity for a month means your character will be transferred or killed.
  - Inactivity will be excused if you tell me you will be gone ahead of time.
