I would like to request to adopt him as a character in my Operation UIFA plot. The creator has not been posted since 2013 from as far as I can tell.
I am willing to update anything and everything as needed, and do extensive research into his past RPs in order to use him. I feel as if all these good characters can be used greatly.
As I am relatively new to the site compared to these characters, I'd love feedback or ideas from those who RPed with the said characters, or if anyone has any objections.
