Warehouse, Outside
Ace laughed. "Well than I guess I can't die until then now can I!" Ace lined up another goon in his sights and pulled the trigger before sprinting into another slamming the butt if his rifle into the man's jaw. He was rewarded with a satisfying crunch followed by the man falling over like a limp doll.

Warehouse, Skylights

The sudden commotion being stirred up by Ace drew Rosemary's attention out towards where he was. For a second she contemplated lending Ace a helping hand before noticing what looked like Makalia coming towards him. She decided everything would be well handed by the both of them together and refrained from firing.

"Ace," She spoke through her visor's comm systems. "If you're in a jam, don't hesitate to call for some help. I have a wonderful view up here." Rose paid a quick look to Arccos as she toiled away to get the blueprints for the warehouse before she continued on to position herself for a good view of the North and East inner sides. She attempted to conceal herself decently as well to avoid being too sky-lined against the light shining down into the warehouse from the skylights.

"Arccos, whenever you're done, be welcome to position yourself on the opposite side of me. I can cover whatever I can see around the North-East areas of the warehouse and you can cover whatever you can see around the South-West sides. Sound good?" Her mouth pushed out her words as she became cozy in her spot.

"Cyrus, Corgan, we'll be set by the time you guys get out the vents. We'll keep quiet until you guys give us the go, I assume they have no knowledge of us up here."

Warehouse, Inside
Ace turned on his comm. "Oy! Scrabler where the fuck are you get your lazy but in here I could use some crowd control!" Ace than swapped frequencies. "Tomblyn I'm inside. Where are you? I'll set up an area for you if you just tell me where you are." Ace grabbed a thug who was rushing him and threw him up as hard as he could watching the man's head explode when it hit the ceiling leaving a gory mess before the body fell back down. Hearing Rose's statement Ace swapped to her frequency. "Thanks I'll make sure to remember that. You want any guest up there I'm pretty sure I could throw a couple of these dirt bags up there for you if you wanted."

Scrabler then giggled watching tomblyn crawl inside, possibly to his death, then hearing the call of Ace's annoying voice screeching over the comms told him the killing is starting. he spun his grenade launcher mag crazily and ran over to the entrance. he melted the first two men who looked in alarm. he sloshed threw their remains and sprinted to a makeshift barricade with two men hastily looking for bullets to stuff the heavy weapon they were toting. Scrabler leapt upon them knife swinging wildly and detonated a gas grenade in his hand. he had knocked over what ever gun they were setting up and crushed a mans leg. he saw him scream in agony and intense pain as he was held in place for the gas to devourer him. the other man had held a old gas mask to his face and was now shooting at Scrabler. the bullets panged off his metal shoulder and he spun on his heel and ducked. not forgetting to fire a shrapnel grenade at his head. he took pride and then ran off to Ace gas launching at anyone who dared to fire back.

Warehouse, Inside
Ace fired a shot over Scrabler's shoulder into the face of a man with a shotgun who had aimed at the bots poorly defended back. "Oy! Scrabler be careful I'm not fixing any craters in your body."

Warehouse, Ventilation Shafts
A bead of sweat trickled down from his tanned temple as he continued on all fours in the dusty metal tunnel. If he wasn't already scared enough of being on a mission where he could possibly die, he was now. Tomblyn's hands flew up to his red feline-like ears in response to the explosion and he closed his glowing green eyes.
I... I'm still alive? He blinked open his eyes and gave a sigh of relief.
That relief was gone in practically seconds when he heard another voice coming from the ventilation system. Shit, this was not good. He froze for a moment, only to try and get a better understanding of who this person was before Tomblyn would have to decide whether to fight them or run and try to direct any and all attention from the real fight.

Warehouse, Outside

Once the battle moved inside the opening created by Ace. Makalia ceased to shoot. He was on his own. She didn't have her power armor where she could just throw cautions to the wind. She played it safe and went to ground to cover the exit to make sure they had a route of escape if needed.

Inside Warehouse
was I forgetting something? nah, OH SHAT. Scrabler switch his grenade launcher's ammo from gas to shrapnel. that cat-boy couldn't breath gas, and he was stuck in the vents. he hoped he didn't kill him, he actually kinda enjoyed the creature's company. Scrabler nodded to Ace in thanks. But for now its slaughter time.

Warehouse...

Everyone scattered as Ace's explosives went off. The others on the building were tossed around by the impact of the blast. Cyrus sighed. "Well, I did say a distraction..."

As Arccos pulled up the schematics, she found that the the right tunnel lead into the locker rooms It would be highly defended, but would be the easiest room to get into. The Left, however, led off into the boiler room. The Boiler room wouldn't be as guarded, but it would be tricky to get out the vent inside the boiler room. The vent in the boiler room get very hot, as well as gets smaller as one moves along. Though, if someone were in the locker rooms, it be just as difficult... The vent is large, but it also allows noise to travel. Any misstep would be easily heard. Then one would be a sitting duck.

Cyrus met Corgan at the fork. "What do you recommend Arccos? Left or right?" Cyrus asked. Pulling his revolvers and checking them quickly.

Decisions, decisions...

Inside...

After recovering from the explosion, men were storming from everywhere. The main floor of the warehouse was a warzone. Yet none of the gang generals had shown their faces. They had to be around there somewhere...

Thugs were appearing out of the woodwork. They were also decently armed. Bullets were flying everywhere. The only thing going for Ace and Scrabler were that they weren't trained in decent combat tactics. They fired blindly, and their groupings were sloppy.

In all there was about 20 or so armed thugs strewn across the room. Most hid behind crates and the like fireing wildly. While some of the more (either brave or stupid) thugs attempted to rush the Ace and Scrabler with bats and knives.

How will they get out of this jam...?

Outside...

The few thugs who had survived the firefight and and explosion, turned their attention to the lone Neko. Makalia had 4 thugs closing in on her. They looked pretty bad off, but they just refused to die... (And really... Would you blame them?) 2 of them raised their weapons and fired off a few shots, while the other 2, who had lost their weapons, drew knives and tried to get close.

What the predicament...

Rose and Arccos had a perfect view of battle raging on the main floor. Their vantage point gave them the perfect opportunity to get the drop on them. Just a matter of point and shoot...

Like fish in a barrel...!

"I'd say go right." Arccos responded over the comms, monitoring her signal to check for eavesdroppers.

As the firefight broke out in earnest, she shifted to keep in cover by the skylight, but also to overlook the roof access in case someone should come up. Rosemary seemed better armed to take out men on the ground, while Arccos was wielding just a pair of pistols. Better to try and watch the other woman's back than try and do her job for her.

"Left would lead you to the boiler, but it bottlenecks so there's a good chance you big'uns would get stuck and broil. Right will take you to an old locker room, probably where they keep their shit. The vent will get wider in that direction so make sure you move as quiet. A bullet can punch straight through the gauge of steel they have on the blueprints on those vents..."

Warehouse, Inside
Ace began rushing around the room planting sonic charges around the place and bashing any thugs who were close enough. "Hey Rose some cover would be great about now." Ace got to the opposite side of the room from Scrabbler and decided to charge through the middle knocking thugs left and right. "Hey Scabbler turn off your audio receivers." Ace then remotely activated the sonic charges drowning out the gunfire with the loudest squeal produced. It should blow out windows with the power behind it.

Warehouse, Ventilation System
They're going to the... Damn! Which side??? He bit his bottom lip as he looked around, trying to get a better idea of where to run or hide.
This... was not good. What was he supposed to do??? Tomblyn did't just want to be stuck in a vent where he would die in his first battle or get captured. A low whine emitted from his throat as his hand reached towards his bag to try and pull out his only weapon. Hell, he would be lucky if it even managed to power on. It was practically a relic...

Warehouse, Outside

Malakia hoped that Tomblin would be okay. He just didn't seam to be the combat type. But he sure had the guts to rush into the fray that may or may not get him killed. ~~Poor sap~~ She thought to herself as she hunkered down out of the wind and stayed warm and alert.

Ping! was the first warning that she had trouble heading her way. Then the shattering of glass on the vehicle she was using for cover.

She peeked out and saw the 4 heading her way. She took aim at the armed ones and shot them quickly, the destructive laser like energy at their center mass near the heart. She retreated from the warehouse into the more built up area to lose the thugs, keeping low to use the parked vehicles as cover, trading shots with them

She darted around a corner, to set up an a point blank ambush, She was ready for them, feeling the old familiar surge of adrenaline of combat.

Warehouse Vents

From what Arccos told them, Corgan decided going left sounded like a good way to die. The locker room to the right could also have some weapons they could use and keep out of the gang's hands. "Right it is then. Broiled Corgan doesn't sound appealing to me. Going silent now." He replied to Arccos. The nearly seven foot tall Nepleslian slowly turned into the vent heading towards the locker room, being especially careful not to make a sound. The vent started to widen after a while exactly as Arccos told him. He saw light coming from a grate at the end of the corridor. When he finally reached it he looked through the grate to see if anyone was in the locker room, also listening for any voices or movement.

With his hand on the grip of his blaster, Tomblyn continued to listen as to where this unidentified person was going to go. His grip loosened on his weapon and he gave a sigh of relief, realizing that he would be safe... for now. Or would he be?
Wait, I was told to go find out information, right? Tomblyn's ears drooped as he scrunched his nose in frustration.
Why am I even doing this? Even if they do keep their promise for a place to call home, I'll be mistreated or used again. He gave a whine to himself, knowing it would happen.
And yet, a humbler side of him knew he had to help. With a sigh, he started on his hands and knees once more as he took his chances following Corgan.

"Hey Scrabler! Start using an acid spray!" Ace yelled as he beat two thugs off of himself. "We need to thin these guys out!"

Warehouse, Skylights

Rosemary watched the firefight occur on the main floor and contemplated whether or not to catch the thugs by surprise. It would draw some thugs away from wherever the boys were exiting from the vents as well, but she wanted to retain their element of surprise in case a huge opportunity presented itself. It seemed that Ace and his pal were handling themselves well.

She decided to open fire anyways and provide further distraction. She began to take aim downward with her Z-SAMR on the unsuspecting thugs and slowly squeezed off the high powered rounds every few seconds or so. If there were any glass panels in the way, they'd definitely be shattered and raining down on the thugs right now.

Rose hoped that the 7.5 x 65mm magnum rain her rifle poured onto the thugs would scatter their poor groupings and draw more out so that Corgan and Cyrus could exit the vents in peace.

Warehouse Vents...

As Corgan crept along, he could hear the raging battle inside the warehouse. It sounded like complete chaos. As he got to the grate and looked down, inside the locker room, the wasn't a soul to be seen. There was however a lot, and I mean A LOT of weapons. There we grenades and plastic explosives and many other small arms. It was a definitely a makeshift armory for the enemy. This was going to make the fight easy. Cyrus moved up to Corgan and nodded. "Jump big man." He said drawing his revolvers.

Warehouse Floor...

The enemy was surging in towards Ace and Scrabler. They decided to move around the two and pinch them in. However as the fire began pouring down from the ceiling, they enemy scattered, they were now fighting a war on two fronts. They ran and took cover behind crates and the like. The men began splitting their fire between Rosemary and Ace/Scrabler. As they men their started to lose hope three men charged out from the back of the warehouse. Their three targets: The Kodian "Skullcrusher", The Jiyuuian "Clay", and the half ID-SOL "Tyrone." The thugs began to cheer as Clay and Tyrone began firing heavy weapons at Ace and Scrabler, while Skullcrusher charged headlong into Scrabler, roaring. This will be quite the fight...

Outside...

"Ahh! Get that bitch!" One of the downed men called as Malakia took off. The man who yelled bleed out on the ground as the other three charged headlong down the street. Right into her trap...

Warehouse Floor
Ace grabbed Skullcrusher and lifted him off of Scrabler. He then pulled out his vibroblade and jammed it into the Kodians neck before removing it and throwing the man into the burning wreck of the exploded Snowcat. "Scrabler spray the other two I have a Kodian to finish."

Outside...

Malakia shot as calmly as you please without emotion nor flinching as they dropped one by one with clean killing shot to their heads. As she floated above of them out of their line of immediate sight. "Too easy boys. Go play with your dolls in the afterlife." She murmured softly as she settled back to the ground amongst the carnage. She walked back the way she came to watch the fight for the warehouse.

All she could hear was the shots going off like muffled firecrackers amidst screams of the wounded and dying.
