Washouts, problem cases, or just plain fed up with serving the army (any one, I don't care):

I'm currently looking for eleven able-bodied soldiers to crew an independent ship operating in the outer territories. At this time I'm looking for two engineers and eight bridge crew: Three tactical, one comm specialist, pilot, navigator, sensor officer and a systems specialist.

If you're interested in joining my crew reply to this message. If you check out and have the skills I need I'll be contacting you. Otherwise I'm screening applicants for combat and security duties. There's enough space aboard ship for 20 in that position.
Experience in CQC is preferable but I'll also accept weapons specialists and power armor operators and pilots, though at this moment I have no vehicles for you to use.

[OOC]

All prospective players MUST have an approved character. They do not have to be military people per se but in accordance with the rules I can't accept anyone that isn't part of the SARP.

In accordance with your interest in serving aboard the Osiris I am hereby offering you the option of choosing where you would like to be stationed. I reserve the right to assign you to a different stationing depending on my assessment of your skills and personality.

I'll take place as tha Chef, or a Yeoman (Guard). I'm a good cook, Oi've cooked plenty 'o meals fer me 'n me friends. Ach, I'm also a foighter. I've two strong arms 'n two pistols tae match!

I actually prefer to do the cooking myself but if you are to join the crew I have one other task for you, Luca. Spend as much time as you care to (at least an hour a day) getting speech coaching from the Doc. Accents are fine but I like to be able to understand what my crew is saying and while on duty I expect my crew to speak crisply and fluently.

Ach, I'm sorry. Me accent can be a bit rough. It's wired into me with my upbringing and clan ties 'n all.
But I'll do as ye say and try I'll clean up me accent.

Good. I'll be placing you in charge of security which means you'll have to interact with ANUBIS on a regular basis and for an AI he is somewhat...quirky.

We'll hold a little test to see if that's really where you should be going. I like my pilots to be exceptional even for something as mundane as a shipping route.

It will be a dry run--you'll fly the ship through a course under various conditions and just to make sure you don't memorize any paths the course will be changed on each completion.

You may begin whenever you arrive at the hangar; just request the AI to engage Flight Training Program 1 and present your credential which I will isue to you within 24 hours.

The test will take place near Nepleslia. Use your best methods to arrive. The credentials will be waiting for you when you contact the port authority there.
