Regarding Henry

Wes, a SP involving Henry is percolating in my brain. I wish to confirm that he went to Tami via the Celia after making the report to Yui, to get some sleep and to check on the progress of the repairs to the 3rd XF.

Also, what sort of infrastructure does Tami have now? Orbital stations? Planet-side settlements? (I know the main planet is a water world. Maybe floating cities?) How much progress has been made in the repairs, anyway?

By the way, I see that there will be more skills per character in the new CCG. Right on.

I think I'll give Henry some skill upgrades in the near future. He's had plenty of experience doing missions. He's been given a lot of responsibility in a time of crisis. And I hope to show soon that he's finally realizing what he truly cares about. The conditions are right for him to begin to evolve from "just a normal guy" to a heroic character.

I still believe that the numbers next to the skills don't matter that much. I will simply roleplay Henry as being more experienced and more self-confident.
 
Look at Wolf's biography, and you'll notice there isn't one. There was one back at the old boards but I didn't ever bother with the whole skills business because Wes came up with it after I'd written it and Wolf's an Ayenee character anyway. I don't think the numbers matter either. I guess it's sort of a way to let other people know that your character might have certain skills, but it's not like it's going to affect you in RP.
 
Tami (unless you want to do more with it) currently has only one small planetary base, which is mainly there for gathering water (and to some extent, food) for the ships stationed in NorthFront and the Star Fortress. The 3d XF's Star Fortress is in orbit, but its is still rather torn up. Things are looking better, though, and Henry should be able to dock inside of it and visit the resident soldiers.

Yes, there will be more skills in the new CCG! And those numbers do matter...on occasion I roll skill checks. Before we can really do much with the skills, though, I need to make a comprehensive list of all available skills to reference.
