Im hoping to get some better visuals of haven, if we're going to spend a season or two there, really. Beacon was big and beautiful. But we've hardly seen anything of Haven, mostly just a courtyard and some interiors. But its so much bigger than that considering its a feudal japan style fortress ontop of a mountain that looks like it would be 10x harder to take down compared to beacon, even with just students (which im hoping wont be absent for too long in the season, i wanna see Arslan, and Sun's teams come back.) and a handful of teachers defending it.

Im glad. I was hopping for at least some interaction to show they missed each other, Since it was kind of unspoken and only Ruby reached out at all, even if it was just to yang. Waiting to see what the next interaction will be~

Adam made it back to the white fang temple after messing up a mission by only takinga handfull of people when he has a literal army.
Floating guy looks like salems atlas sceintist deserter maybe.
Adam went back for his mask afte deserting it in the short because we cant see hes a special silver eyes or whatever is up with his face yet for reasons.
Oscar is the shows equivlent to the walking deads Carl. And the team do the right thing preparing to strike him down.

Rwby does her little rose petal thing with a white blur mixed in. Maybe weiss.
"dont let anyone else die" Isnt prob about one of the secondary MCs but likely about some people on the train and this is just bait i guarantee.
Fat lady and guards in purple talk to hooded figure while she eats icecream with doccuments nearby. Maybe a maiden in the cloak, Maybe someone new, All i know is one of the guard girls has chaps/pants way too risky to pull off compared to how sensibly her male, spikey shoulder counterpart is dressed.
Also veteran and world renown huntsman crow branwan still lets somwhat inexperienced teenagers take the lead in fights when they can barely keep their aura for 10 min of combat...

The fight scenes are getting better. They're recovering from Monty's loss and the dynamic action is reminiscent of his style. Also, I still ship Lancaster and none of you can stop me. Ruby deserves better than her teacher who nearly got her killed but now in a kid's body/

I like some of the subtle things slipped in. Little character bits and bobs that just add to the characters unique personalities.
I dont have a lot of predictions like i did the last season though. What i do have ill keep close to my chest, however, To see if they go through.

Im still not a fan of jaune or oscar. I like Weiss's defending of blake and ren sensing the Ace-Ops team even if its too-late. Also the SALUTATIONS thing felt less like penny and more just a cliche cameo. Tho i do 100% like penny' new look. Longer hair suits her.
Am glad tho someone finally called out them as unregistered huntsmen doing as they please. Qrowe is a huntsman and is fine to do stuff like that. But even if the teams are above normal huntsmen in terms of skill they are still half trained kids running around with guns in a metro area. And short of the drones nobody would have been hurt between the time the drones died and penny appeared.
Ace-ops are complete chads tho!
