Star army keeps on trucking!

Looking through IRC roleplay servers, i stumbled upon Star Army again. It couldn't be the same Star Army, no? I left some time around beginning of 2008...

It's amazing to see this place still alive! I even found some old logs, and drawings, and saw that the uniform i designed ( that i thought Wes hated) has been in use.


I'm feeling pretty sentimental. I've heard though there are no current JP plotships going on, so i might not join in right now.

Still, awesome job you guys , keeping it going, and looking better than ever!
 
I attribute Star Army's longevity to awesome people being awesome for each other and to my behind-the-scenes work as owner and admin to keep it functioning from a technical sense. Mainly the former. Or, in other words, dedicated members each doing their thing to contribute RP, setting, time, and plot leadership. Everybody from the casual RP poster to the science buff writing planet articles to the GM who logs in from a restaurant parking lot to make that needed post for the players has put in some of themselves into creating something amazing together, and although running it can be incredibly stressful sometimes I'm glad I do it and I feel lucky to have so many people supporting me and the site.

Which uniform do you mean?

I would love to see a JP plot open, and I encourage you to make a new RP when you don't see what you want already open.
 
It was the IPG uniform, i made a quick sketch and then i thought it went nowhere really.
It's quite exciting to check out the wiki, see what's new, what's polished, the changes, but also the familiar things, too.

I'll keep looking around, maybe i'll find a plot to catch on :)
