Can you support the idea that there's a billion people on this planet? As far as I know, the Lorath claim to this system was basically on paper and I haven't seen any evidence anyone actually lived there, let alone a billion people - the history doesn't say when the planet was colonized, but I don't think it's been more than a few years. So where would all these people come from?
 
Yes, I can adjust the number of inhabitants down. What number do you think makes the most sense, as the Eucharis seems to have been in the area at some point? I can also go read the RP for it and LM-NE-01 as the Eucharis reportedly scanned LM-NE-01 or I can get it straight from the source (you).
