OOC [Terraforming Ake] Discussion

Okay, it's a beastly post-- an awful lot to read and honestly it's been trimmed for content. However; this is your setting for the plot. This is your home. I've described it so fully that you might understand exactly just what your characters are interacting with and be able to interact with it adequately. These environs will be the basis for all of your character interaction and they will be charmingly familiar by the end of the plot or your money back. I know it's an awful long read, but I think if you take the plunge you'll find it more than worth it later when you want to write what your character is doing.
 
I am not dead, as you might imagine.

We will proceed as soon as @Gunsight1 gets caught up. Remember he's been heavily involved in a film that made its debut on the 11th of last month, so he may be catching up on a lot of things, our little Hollywood guy.
 
@ShotJon sorry I missed your post to Yori. Though not sure how to reply. I haven't gotten any info on the vehicles condition myself besides what's been described in the scenery post.
 
Well that is fine, as soon as you get the info you can reply :) or you can just say you are working on it and chat or something I don't know.
 
I bet you fuckers thought I was dead. The vehicle is burnt nearly beyond recognition. If your character didn't have any technical skill, there'd be no way for her to even recognize the model of the thing by its shape. The vehicle is quite literally a dead end.

Sapphire broke seal on her face mask and let loose onto the ground, hopefully none was in the way of the spray. When finished, she replaced the facemask and let training take over in clearing the toxic air from her face mask. She could feel the burning of the ammonia on the more delicate tissues and the delt with the nasty after taste.

Any adult interactions will need to be posted in the appropriate areas of the site. Please remember that aside from visible breasts and buttocks, genital interaction is considered to be adult material by most rating standards. Have fun role-playing your characters doing all sorts of terrible things with one another in an 18+ part of the site and by all means make it canon."

This interaction between Akemi and Sapphire is making me laugh. Really am enjoying the situation.

Got an excellent plot (story line) going Lamb. Kudos.
 
I'm really enjoying it too and I'm glad you're not finding my character overdoing it. This is the first independent plot I've got to be a part of where my character is sort of in charge and can say whatever she wants as people seem much more concerned about survival than proper employee protocol. I couldn't resist the idea of having her bully Sapphire and make a fool of herself at the same time. Plus as you can plainly see, I love acting out some pretend discrimination because I know Nepleslians and many players think Yamatai/Neko are horrible/have a horrible international reputation and it's fun to act out opposite beliefs. Akemi also really wants to start her own business so she won't be giving up any cash without first getting a lot of amusement out of agreeing to do so. Getting Sapphire to prostitute herself while blatantly projecting all of her thoughts onto her and making her play along is comedy gold to my Neko. Plus she just plain likes her and likes seeing her squirm.

Lamb and I really enjoyed the whole tinfoil hat thing and when Sapphire was so happy to fire the machine gun and her being eager to film/document everything. We both also got a kick out of her wiki entry including two adorable stuffed animals in her inventory and the description "discovering there is more to boys than being brothers." Way too wholesome and innocent to hang out with Akemi for long without issues.

In case you were wondering, based on what's going on with Akemi right now... Yes, you can totally send letters to NPCs I played in other plots and I totally will write them receiving them and reading them wherever they are.

Just in case, for some reason, anyone in the world other than Amaryllis would want to do that.
