Thaxaria/Thaxarians Idea

A race that plagues the thaxarians and have been in a ongoing ward for aeons and even the few of there relic weapons do not effect them as much as they should but the urthixians birth rate is 4 every minute of the day so thaxarians have to kill a lot in order to keep balance. great...im probably going to have to make a description and everything for them aren't I?
 
Yes, yes you are. By the way I think he means the entire race rather than each crature (although that would be intresting). If you really want a lot though you'll need a higher birth rate. For example on earth there is someone being born every second.
 
Oh fine take what I said and correct me to such a degree that it makes NO differance. Anyway, are you changing the birthrate?
 
Thaxarian magic

Alright I made something we all can agree on, Thaxarian magic is basicly going to be a passive ability that trigger's based on emotions by altering the attribute's of the thaxarian significantly depending on what emotion or feeling they encounter.

Hatred: Offensive, Defensive
Attribute Modifications: Strength Increase
Speed Increase
Dexterity Increase


Anger: Offensive
Attribute Modifications: Strength Increase
Speed Increase
Dexterity Normal

Sorrow: Nuetral
Attribute Modifications: Strength Normal.
Speed Normal.
Dexterity Normal.

Fear: Defensive
Atrtribute Modifications: Strength Normal.
Speed Increased.
Dexterity Increased.

Envy: Negative
Attribute Modifications: Strength Decreased.
Speed Decreased.
Dexterity Decrease.

Cockyness: Negative
Attribute Modifications: Strength Increased
Speed Decreased
Dexterity Decreased
 
Well, aside from being a bad idea.

How powerful is this magic?

To what decree are the increases?

What happens if they are masking their emotions?

Does supercharging their body in this way lead to heart attacks and other health problems?

Where do they get the energy for this kind of modification to their body?

How is this any different from simple chemical releases in the body which would not only do the same thing but be more acceptable on a sci-fi website?

How much emotion does it take to trigger the responce?

How does the magic cause these actions in the body?

You need much more discription on your magic system before it should be considered for use ICly.
 
Well it's not really going to be used yet not until I get a few approvals but Thaxarian's have two hearts but anyways the boosts are slightly significant but for brief moments of time but not much. This is still a work in progress until i can work out everything
 
As a person who wishes to play a thaxarian, I wish there were some statistics on the ancient relics of the Thaxarians. I agree that thaxarians should have "magic" but since this is a Sci-fi RP, i also agree that this "magic" should be a physical thing that reacts to the emotions of the thaxarian.
