Or how I learned to stop worrying and love the Uso,
So who am I?
I'm an RPer that has been RPing here since the start. I'm into video games more than I should be, read comics, watch movies, and unsurprisingly work in IT. I've been very active in pushing for clear and fair rules for this site, stronger standards for the quality of articles that are submitted, and challenging plots.
Why should you care?
I'm not just interested in RP, I'm also pretty knowledgeable about the setting and willing to work with just about anyone on tech-articles or setting submissions. You've probably already seen some of my art ( http://vision42.imgur.com/ ) and if you've played on this site you almost certainly have used a tech-article I've written. I also happen to play two characters from this site's history: Heram James Wazu and Uso Tasuki.
Who's that?
Wazu has been around since the begining, a science officer and ship designer who worked his way up to Taisho and ended up being brought down by none other than the YSE Itself! Wazu has had a very conflicted history after then, often working against the YSE, bringing the Green party to power in Nepleslia and helping build it into a rival power. He is an extremely capable individual that developed a large part of Nepleslia's aresnal and who has developed technology that is in use by nearly every major power in the Kyoto sector. Although he started out as a bit of a bumbling scientist, personal loss has made him rethink his attitude towards war quite a bit, and has made it very difficult for him to trust other people. Though he has gone through a lot of changes in his history, currently he has cracked under the pressure of trying to fix the universe's problems by himself, ending up a burnt-out-has-been cooling off on an isolated planet...
Uso is an NH-7, a probably one of the last NH-7s in exsistance. Though she used to work for SAINT, she's lost the faith entirely. She feels that an ST copy is just that, a copy. She doesn't belive her 'soul' transfers over so she's avoided getting a new body. Of course this means her life-span is going to only be about 25 years, and she intends to go out in a blaze of glory! Instant-gratification and entertainment is what she's after and despite being outclassed by a variety of new NH-series weapons systems she is an exceptionally capable warrior, theif, and if the price is right: Mercinary. She isn't hampered by the same moral compass as Wazu, and has no problems killing, stealing, enslaving, and has even helped the NMX kill the senate of Nepleslia (though no one was able to tie her to anything). Though her and Wazu end up fighting against each other fairly often, they are still friends.
So what next?
I'm going to be re-working my character pages and you'll likely see me showing up in an RP near you soon. I'm Uso (the one with the pinkie pie) on steam if you want to talk or play a game, or just PM me if you want to try and setup som RP (I'm looking at you Osaka).
