If doable I hope to create a non-military character. Nepleslian based but handicap -- one leg slightly shorter, he has refused offers to fix it, he's a "it is what it is" kind of character. Not sure where to play him, though. Idea iis he lives "on the streets" mostly. Works odd jobs at taverns/bars/pubs ...

Not a lot to say about him yet. This is fairly new to me -- I've read some of the plots etc and it looks like it could be a blast.

So I'm off to work on his description... Who knew a simple human could have so many characteristics...
 
Sounds like this guy could work in open RP. Although his handicap would probably exclude him from military service, he could join an independent (non-factional) plot or thread.

Since in Yamatai, post people have transhuman bodies and free healthcare, it sounds like he'd fit better in Nepleslian space.

You could always take your character for a test drive at The Green Ocean. Note: Unless otherwise noted by the thread OP, open RP plots don't require any sort of character approval.
