I hope this message reaches you in good standing and the data uncorrupted. As of late, the Oracle has been having some minor electrical issues due to degradation of the reactor core. Unfortunately, I lack the tools and time to make repairs at this time.

Iemegochi has made upgrades to my ship in the past, and repairs. I would like to also contract Horizon Light Machines to install a battery based power conditioning system during the repairs.

Due to my continuing mission on Roanoke, I cannot come back to 188604 at this time. However, Iemegochi has produced a line of ships based on my design. I would like to rent one of these for the duration of repairs and upgrades to the Oracle.

If both companies would send confirmation of my request, I will send proprosed schematics and the Oracle via the next available cargo run by any FTL capable cargo box from the USV Anvil, which is currently stationkeeping nearby. Due to the current hardware damage, it will need to be towed, as the HFD on board is not operating at peak efficiency.

We at Horizon are happy to supply whatever you need and will work with IIS to have it fitted to your request. From your initial specifications the task of power conditioning should be easily handled by a single Energy core, I'm not sure how much research you have done into us but these are rechargeable and will provide continuous output at a programmable rate.

My quote from a practical perspective is to have a 3-core system installed which will automatically change to the next in line when needed, this should provide you with enough time to charge the expended ones without finding yourself out of power in a hot situation. To buy 3 plus the relatively simple job of rigging them would round out at about 1000KS, if this is acceptable we will begin preparations.

If this solution is acceptable, we would be able to dispatch a Mercian mothership to the coordinates in question to action any repairs you need. Galactic Horizon is more than welcome to travel with us from the IIS Avalon. I'm sure we can install some additional cryopods on the manufactory floor for them, alternatively they can of course make their own plans.

An Eye-II will be transported inside the Mercian and sent to your location upon arrival. No payment is necessary due to your prior relations to the company and my fellow CEO Brinjor Kimiya prior to our withdrawal from the USO. We consider you a friend to the company and hope you are doing well.

I would offer my thanks for the ki*--ess and generosity displayed in this endeavor. Galactic Horizon has had the funding sent, along with current blueprints to the power system. I e**ect full cooperation with IIS in the redesign.

Due to the presence of the Mercian's fabricators, I would like to request a partial rebuild of my hyperspace fold drive to balance and lessen the power reqirements of jumping. Inso doing, a new inertial damper capable of utilizing the fullest potential of my main engine.
