Following a meeting earlier today with my advisors regarding your request, we have a proposed transport and security plan ready for your personal review. I've taken the liberty to afford this message encryption worthy of its contents, apologies if the processing time for doing so causes this message to arrive at time inconvenient.

We currently have a MP-Controlled Plumeria-Class Gunship scheduled to leave its station close to New Elysia for reassignment. With your assent, their order will be altered to redirect through Elysia. Yourself and whoever may be in your entourage will be collected from the spaceport closest to the Senate, to be transported directly to Yamatai for the Conference.

The ship's name is the YSS Gādo, under the command of Taisa Sachael Unaiteia. For the duration of your trip all comforts will be afforded to you as possible as well as the ship maintained at a higher than standard level of readiness.

Upon arrival of the YSS Gādo to Yamatai, you will be greeted with our assembled security escort who will be with you for the duration of your time on Yamatai. Personnel are hand-picked from experienced members of our ranks, to an amount we deem equal or possibly in excess of the security details of other visiting dignitaries.

The detail will share with you return transport details at the conclusion of the Conference, which we have prepared alongside the arrangements disclosed in this message. We hope all arrangements will be sufficient, if not, do not hesitate to contact us.

Apologies if Karael comes across as rude or blunt - I'm trying to imply that an extremely partisan Senate committee is the actual author of these messages, and that this is all they're able to agree on. All Karael really does is sign off on the message before it's sent.
