The feed cuts open, showing the messy garage of the upstart company. The beginnings of the company logo were being scan-painted onto the wall in the background as the quarter ID-SOL CEO sat down into his chair from off-screen. His shirt was absent, oil and grime marks scattering his bare muscled chest as he smiled and bowed his head in a mix of Yamataian fashion before giving a two-fingered salute of a greeting as the Nepleslian kicked in.

"Greetings, Zen Armaments! My name is Ashton Acres! CEO of Ken-TEC, another company on your... er... corporate headquarters world of Kennewes. I'm sending this message today because we've begun selling our product, the Warlock, and it has so far been very useful to the local populace as a tool. Seems gravity tech and power armor work suits are a good match!" The man paused, a female booing him in the background and causing him to glare off-camera for a moment. But thankfully he cleared his throat and looked back.

"Apologies. We've so far been paying shipping companies to transport our goods for custom orders that are off-world, but the margin of profit significantly drops in this manner. Most of our money goes into production and supporting local work, while the rest goes to promoting scholarships to the University's Engineering department. So obviously, increasing our profit even a bit would be beneficial. As such, we browsed catalogs of nearby companies... and well, we didn't like any of it. However, we figured we could support a local company, more than any other nearby company, and you came to mind.

A list popped up on the left side of the screen, Ashton sliding to the right side and moving a hand up to wag at it. Of course, his hand was behind the list, rather than beside it. But the list was very clearly displayed regardless.

  • x4 Chaingun-variant Terrene Assault Transports
    • Must be done with the Ken-TEC colors (specifications included in separate file attachment)
  • x4 F/A-2A Multirole Fighters
    • Must be done with the Ken-TEC colors (specifications included in separate file attachment)

"As you can see, our list is pretty small... but our hopes are to use two of these Terrene to ferry a pair of these fighters, with both acting as protection while the remaining Terrene are purely for transport. This should be enough of a fleet formation to establish our first, personally-owned trade fleet and not break the bank. We've had success, after all, but most of our money is turned back into local production. As a result, well... this order has our scholarship program stalled. But this is something that has to be done to increase the amount we can contribute once we properly launch it."

The list flickered away as Ashton lowered his hand, shifting to the front of the camera to bow his head again before smiling dead-on at the camera recording the video.

"I look forward to working with you and the company, Jean, as a fellow designer and a businessman. Perhaps in the future, Zen Armaments and Ken-TEC can produce a true masterpiece that helps every Nepleslian. Thank you for taking the time to hear me out!"

The man rose up, turning and yelling at someone as he moved away, the video file flicking to an end.

Attached with the video is a transcript of the dialogue, coupled with the same list and the specific hex grid and part identification for what to color and change on the Terrene and Jackals.

Snow would show on the screen, followed by static before finally showing the corporate logo of Zen Armaments. Afterward a lean, lanky looking man with tousled jet-hair appeared on screen. Unlike his counterpart, Jean Emanuel Baptiste appeared dapper in a three-piece suit that despite being expensive managed to come off as rumpled.

"Bonjour client potentiel!" He made an expansive gesture, showing off one of his cybernetic hands. "We are quite happy to sell our wonderful products to new and prospective clients. Such as they are, we produce products of qualité supérieure. Your interest in our fine products does my heart good. The acquisitions you've shown interest in are relatively affordable." diagrams of both the Terrene and Jackal popped up on screen.

"Their price points as I mentioned earlier are affordable however since you are a new client, I am willing to knock off a whopping fifteen percent on final costs. All the better to cement a possible future relationship with your up and coming company we will even throw in the paint job for free."

The price tag showed up near the bottom of the screen, three-hundred and seventy five thousand DA, after taxes and discounts.

"We look forward to your speedy response."

Ashton had returned to his monitor, the background of the garage now littered with parts of the company's currently-only product... though it was more just broken parts that seemed like they'd been on the receiving end of a Freespacer wrench and could provide probably no value as to the making of the suit. The large man sat down, taking a moment to smirk in a nice show of restored confidence compared to the man who had been yelling as he left before.

"Alright, funds should be underway and in transaction shortly. I appreciate the business... and I've gone ahead and sent a suit over to your corporate HQ from our cozy little swamps! I had it done up in black," he raised a palm to show it was more like a grey than a black, "Though, we did leave some of our colors on it... I think you'll like it anyway!"

He rose back up, then picked his camera up off the garage terminal to point it over to a display where a Junker variant was holding a mostly Zen-colored variant of the Warlock, where two desk jockeys were visibly running diagnostics on its programming with some tablets hooked up into the maintenance junction. Ashton turned the camera back to his face, the smirk now a big grin that showed off some healthy canines.

"I know you might not need it... but I love sending gifts! Cheers and all that neo-jazz!"

The video was attached with a confirmation of the order, as well as Ashton's digital signature and the approved transation. And, of course, the catchy logo at the bottom with Ken-TEC's cheesy “TEC-nically the ones to help you!” right beneath it.
