I'm honestly not sure who all to ping with this. Maybe @FrostJaeger and @Ametheliana since they took a look over this for me.

I made a goofy weird character that I hope I can get approved. I have never made 'tech' here before so I'm not really solid on all the damage ratings and such. Or even the dimensions. Jack and @Legix are trying to turn my strange ideas into pictures, and once we can see what this thing might actually look like, I'll be able to write out a full description. And probably change the measurements, since I'm basically guessing here.
 
Actually let me just go ahead and tag @CadetNewb and ask Ame and the other's, like...do I...need to submit this to the Setting Submissions area as well? Or can that just be like...handled...here at the same time? It's confusing.
 
Is this just for one plot? If yes, it does not need submissions. If Jack sells this gun model or this first one with Essie in it to someone off of the plot or if someone else wants to make a character like this one, it will need to be in a submission. As it stands, only Jack needs to approve this, though Zack could come in too.
 
Yeah, this is tech just for one character. Like when we submitted the android for the Heartbreaker.

I noted in the history that all the funding and such was moved on to model WH2 so if they decide to make a non-overpowered mass-produced version later that would definitely go into Setting Submissions. And I'll remember to get permission if I move her out of the plot, thanks.

I cleared the Uso quote with Zack but didn't know if he needed to look over the rest.
 
I think you need to GM approve Jack, as in most cases the FM does not need to approve.

You wear many hats, right now we need you to have your GM one on ^_^

If you move her, Reynolds, that'd be up to the new GM to be down, I think. I think my phrasing was off. That's on me!
