Here's a program that's severely needed both ICly and OOCly to get more officers in the Star Army.

Just a random suggestion that came to me when I was reading the article. Listing all eligible occupations (maybe it changes based on needs of the Star Army) instead of the blurb next to Starship Operator.
 
At this time it's really only for starship operators or their subclasses like Systems and Safety monitor. I've added that on the page.
