I like her ;) very unstable and perfect for the guns. Thought so far I know she requires 3 years of military training at minimum to join a unit. So if you could edit the date of birth to YE38 then she is good to go in my eyes.

Admittedly, I haven't ever heard of that requirement. I just referenced the Training Methods and Times article (3 months for basic + 3 months for pilot/gunnery training). As far as I know, no training for any enlisted positions in a unit requires 3 years of training and I don't think there are any courses for that sort of thing besides the undergrad courses for officer commissions at Kyoto War College.

I just checked the documents and I really thought it was three years, but both pages proof me wrong. Apology for the confusion.
