Onee-san,

We've never armed a Starchaser outside of just the Plasma Projection System on its engines. It will take a little R&D time, so Yue and I will be having a few design meetings before we sic an engineering team on it. Do you have any specific arms doctrine in mind besides point defense versus missiles, armor, and small craft? I believe there is enough room in the hull and structure that it won't impact passenger or cargo space for small enough weapons. If you want a capital ship main gun or something like that, then we will need to have a talk. I assume you don't but sometimes I just can't tell with you!

A point defense system with some additional low-level arms. Nothing too outlandish, we only want to make sure that they can have some reasonable defense. The further we get from Yamatai the more uncertain we are of how well they will need to be armed, we would like to avoid having to send escorts for as long as possible.
