Implemented Add a Dokuwiki Cheatsheet to the Wiki

This is a pretty simple suggestion.

Add a cheatsheet (designed to be printable preferably) similar to this: cheatsheet [DokuWiki]

The Star Army one would include some of the customization (add-ons) available on our wiki as well.

No, it's a cheatsheet. It'd be a new page that would be designed to be concise as possible. Basically a quick reference and/or printable summary of the syntax page. The syntax page is more detailed and explains things more thoroughly.

Honestly, I don't know if the new line should be on there as we encourage wiki editors to avoid those if possible.
