Central Command orders all commanding officers on vessels and posts that battle honors for the veterans of the Motherworld Incident are being issued. Officers are to send in a list of all marines and naval personnel who defended Nepleslia during the NMX incursion. Personnel manifests are to be delivered to your nearest comms officer and transferred back to Central Command. Once the list is compiled, all officers will receive a shipment of the Shattered Soil Ribbon pictured below:
Please note that Central Command and the Democratic Imperium take battle honors to the utmost severity. Any soldier found wearing this honor publicly without having served in the defense of Nepleslia in its greatest need will be shot.
