Tasks: Help Request Compile A List of Known Wormholes in the SARPiverse

I'm seeking to create an article for wormholes in Star Army, and as part of this I need a comprehensive search of Star Army's forums and wiki to make a list of all the known wormholes in the setting. I am asking for someone to claim this task and produce such a list. If possible, it would be great if the list said what year they were discovered (if known).

There's the Concordia one, the Uesu one. Was there one to do with rescuing the Wakaba?

Should we include only natural wormholes or would gate ones be included as well?

The one to and from the Uesu Sector was called "Grakkaflarl Kla Venushhurl" or simply "Grakkaflarl" by the Mishhuvurthyar. In Yamataigo, it was named "Kawa no Uesu" or "Uesu's River" in Trade. It was discovered in YE 46.
